Was born in 1975 in Mexico city. He studied Biochemistry and neuroscience at UAEM and IBT, awarded as "best science project": mapping TRH in neural cells, summer 1998. Studied Architecture at UIA getting graduated in 2004 with "College best social service: Rehabilitation of Park México", also awarded by local authorities at the reopening ceremony of the park.

He took postgraduate studies in sustainable urban planning at University of Ferrara, Italy in 2006. In June 2007 He Founded Efecto Verde A.C. based on his thesis with the same name (urban Symbiosis for big cities) creating the national environmental Found in association with the National Bank of México (BANAMEX) joining civil associations, universities and the National Commission for saving energy as members of the committee that he presides. In 2008 assessor for the table work to develop the green roo ng saving taxes law for Mexico City commanded by the secretary of environment.

He was invited to expose the strategic plan of Efecto Verde at INCYTAM for secretaries of environment of Latin America. He has given conferences about global warming in several Universities (ITESM, UIA, Anahuac). In 2008 joined to FabriKG and started to collaborate in CAPA as well as green roo ng for Baja
